As Senior Vice President of Fuel and Commodity Supply at SeaOne, David led gas and power business development efforts, negotiating contracts with customers and coordinating the acquisition of competitive and reliable natural gas and propane supplies, including hedging strategies. He also oversaw negotiations for natural gas and propane pipeline expansions to support SeaOne’s processing and export terminals.
Previously, David served as Managing Director of Gas Origination for BP North America Gas & Power, where he drove business development and origination efforts for natural gas supply and capacity in the U.S. Southeast, assisting customers with tailored hedging solutions.
Before BP, as Regional Vice President of Tractebel/GDF Suez, he led natural gas and power supply projects for the East region of North America, serving both wholesale and retail markets.
David’s early career included his role as Managing Director of Origination at Enron, where he was instrumental in developing and originating pipeline and power projects across North America, along with addressing customers’ natural gas supply and hedging needs.
David holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University, combining a strong technical foundation with strategic leadership. His deep understanding of energy markets and project origination makes him a key driver of commercial growth and innovation in the energy sector.

As Vice President of Fuel and Commodity Supply at SeaOne Holdings, LLC, Gabriel spearheaded efforts to source and contract value-added market outlets for natural gas and NGLs, driving full-scale CGL Fuel Service Agreements. He worked closely with customers to secure competitive and reliable supply chains, including pipeline and storage capacity, supporting SeaOne’s processing and export terminals.
Previously, Gabriel served as Vice President of NGL & Olefins Origination for BP Energy Company, where he led the origination of multi-year supply contracts for natural gas liquids and petrochemicals across the U.S. Gulf Coast and Latin America. He oversaw BP’s NGL commercial development across midstream assets, including organic growth and joint ventures in production, transport, fractionation, terminaling, and marketing. Gabriel also originated waterborne import/export capabilities for Gas-to-Power and petrochemical feedstock fuel markets, including LPG and Ethane.
Earlier in his career, Gabriel was the Director of International Natural Gas Liquids Origination for Amoco Corporation. He directed the commercial development of infrastructure projects such as import terminals, pipelines, gas processing and fractionation plants, and storage facilities across Latin America and the Caribbean. His efforts aligned long-term market demand growth with supply sources across Mexico, Trinidad, Venezuela, and beyond, while managing hedging strategies and equity production for the U.S. Gulf Coast and Latin American regions.
Gabriel holds both a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, highlighting his strong technical foundation and analytical expertise. His diverse experience and leadership make him a critical asset in advancing innovative energy projects and strategic partnerships.

As Country Manager, Joel plays a critical role in overseeing energy projects, coordinating with public and private stakeholders, and driving business development initiatives.
With a strong background in energy project execution, Joel previously served as a Technical Financial Advisor and Project Director at Suministros Electricos (SEL), where he led the development and bidding of an 18MWp photovoltaic generation project in Nicaragua, financed by BCIE. He also spearheaded multiple renewable energy projects, managing tenders for systems ranging from 60KWp to 2MWp.
Joel has also worked as an independent service advisor for several construction firms, providing expertise in electrical design, energy availability approvals, and photovoltaic system installation for both commercial and residential applications.
His experience extends to large-scale energy infrastructure projects, having served as Project Manager and Energy Manager at Grupo Syre, where he played a key role in financing and operating a 100MW coal-based power plant.
Earlier in his career, Joel held leadership positions in operations and plant management at Vetasa-Melecsa (VM) Consortium, where he optimized the performance of thermal plants in Puerto Cortés and implemented automation and SCADA systems.
At the National Electric Energy Company (ENEE), he specialized in substation protection, power system digitization, and commissioning of control systems for large-scale transformers and generators.
Joel holds a B.S. in Industrial Electrical Engineering from C.U.R.N., Honduras, and an M.S. in Project Management from UNITEC, Honduras. With deep technical expertise and a strategic approach to energy development, he is instrumental in advancing innovative and sustainable energy solutions.
